The most common among all plumbing issues is the water pressure. Most of the times we see how the pouring water from taps has decreases. The high and low pressure of the faucets needs to be balanced because if both are set to the same pressure, they will have calcium deposits and ultimately decrease in water supply. You need to adjust the pressure.
Another common problem is the drain that has slowed drainage. The reason is the accumulation of debris and other waste materials which have not been properly disposed. In order to make the draining system work again, you just have to pop out the debris using the plunger and the process will be back in progress. On the other hand, you can pour down some vinegar, salt and boiling water in the drain and wait overnight for the entire debris to go down the drain eventually.
The wetting of the basement is also among the common plumbing issues. It can be fixed by easily adjusting the sump pump which is installed in a pit in the basement. Once you find the pit and a pump in it, all you have to do is adjust the pressure of the water coming and entering the pipes. This will help the house remain dry and there will be no flooding.
